PB & Coconut Bliss Balls

Warning… Very addictive!

I already talked about how much I love my raw energy balls in this blogpost. They are the perfect snack to go and they taste so, so good. If you like peanut butter, make them, you are going to fall in love. I always make sure that I have some in the fridge, ready to grab. 

They contain only 4 ingredients and super easy to make. And the don’t make a mess when you eat them.

You need

  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/3 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 Cup of dates ( about 8 )
  • Salt

Add everything into a high speed blender or food processor and mix until a sticky ball forms.

Scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls ( I like to make them small). 

Optional roll them into coconut

Put them in the fridge to let them firm up a bit and enjoy.
