We are already two weeks into 2018 and it feels great. Just like a fresh start and with the opportunity to set some new goals. You obviously don’t need a new year to have resolutions but let’s be honest, it is a GREAT time! A lot of people don’t like to have new year’s resolutions with the fear to fail and not achieve their goals. I personally love to challenge myself and try to make each year an even better one! So here are a few of my goals for 2018…
Get into yoga
To be honest, I always thought that yoga was for old people and really boring but my vision really changed seeing more and more people practicing it. I love seeing how flexible they are and how balanced they look. Also, I have heard so much good stuff about yoga, that it helps to fight stress and to connect mind and body. I always wanted to try it but never found the motivation so this year I really want to discover the moves and who knows maybe my love for it.
Take more (good) pictures
It is so easy to take pictures but taking good pictures is something completely different. I take a lot of pictures but the majority of the time I don’t take the time to make it a good one. This year I really want to take more time to really learn photography and how to use my camera. Also I want to get more into taking pictures with my analog, which I find so exciting. I think that I never really made an effort to do better pics because they got forgotten on my phone but with this blog I finally have a reason.
I love to read, it is so relaxing and you can dive into new worlds, forgetting about all the worries that are currently in your own life. In 2017 I had to read so much for high school and didn’t have the time to read the books that I personally wanted to read. This year I want to find the time and read at least 15 books that I chose
Don’t get me wrong, I travelled A LOT in 2017 and I fell in love with it. Everything is just so exciting and it helps so much to become more open-minded. There are so many places that I want to discover and I am really looking forward to the seeing which ones I will be able to discover in 2018.
Okay this is probably the most important one for me, 2018 is finally the year in which I will graduate from high school and I couldn’t be more excited about it! I am really looking forward to finally have my diploma and be able to do what i love.
Now that I have set some goals, let’s see what this year will bring but I feel like it is going to be agreat one!
Do you have goals? And if yes, what are they?
